Four months before the missionary’s release date, parents will be asked to complete this form so that we can schedule a flight. Don’t mention this to the missionary because they are in the most spiritually rewarding and productive phase of their service.

Parents, as the time for your missionary’s release approaches, please avoid distracting him or her from missionary labors by talking of travel plans and preparations for their triumphant return. Do everything you can to encourage them to serve with all their “heart, might, mind and strength” so that they can receive the blessing of serving with all diligence through the last day.
