Although the California Los Angeles Mission is small geographically, more than ten million people live within its boundaries and it is a very diverse, international mission. It stretches from the San Fernando Valley on the north to the Palos Verdes Peninsula on the south. Our missionaries teach the gospel of Jesus Christ in many languages: English, Spanish, Mandarin Chinese, Korean, Samoan, Farsi, and American Sign Language.  Our Mission Office is located on a 23-acre campus that it shares with the beautiful Los Angeles Temple, the Los Angeles Temple Visitors Center, The Los Angeles Family History Library, the Distribution Center, the Mission Home, the Westwood Chapel and a large ball field.
