Housing

The mission’s goal is to have housing that is modest, safe, clean, and economical.

You are required to show respect for your housing, the property owner or host, and your neighbors.  Everything you do reflects who you are and who you represent.  Keep your housing clean and neat. This will assist in both your physical and spiritual welfare.

A Cleaning and Maintenance Chart in each apartment lists the cleaning and maintenance tasks missionaries are required to perform.

There are smoke/CO2 detectors installed in each apartment. Missionaries must check them each month to ensure they are working properly.

Each mission apartment will be inspected monthly to assist missionaries in caring for the property and accessing supply needs.

You and your companion will be held financially responsible for damage done to your apartment such as tape pulling paint off walls, dents or holes in drywall, broken windows, stains or damage to flooring, damaged blinds or curtains, and lost keys.

When you move into a new apartment, please report any damage to the Mission Housing Coordinator so you will not be held responsible for the cost of repairs.

Talk with the Mission Housing Coordinator if you have any concerns about your housing.
